Encinitas Zen Primary & Kids' Bathroom Remodel
This Encinitas bathroom remodel transformed two outdated bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces designed for everyday living.
The primary bathroom featured a large jetted tub that took up valuable floor space, a poorly positioned toilet, and a vanity with limited storage. Our redesign focused on improving both function and flow by replacing the oversized tub with a spacious walk-in shower, reconfiguring the layout, and designing a custom white oak vanity to maximize storage. Durable materials, warm wood tones, and timeless finishes create a serene, Zen-inspired retreat that feels both beautiful and practical.
As part of the remodel, we also reimagined the shared kids' bathroom. Originally dark and cramped, the space was transformed by adding a solar tube for natural daylight and removing a wall to create a larger vanity with significantly more storage. The new layout feels brighter, more open, and much more functional for a growing family. We selected custom light blue cabinetry that brings a playful touch today while offering a timeless look that will continue to feel appropriate as the children grow into their teen years.
